How do we stay motivated, creative – and sane – during COVID-19?

Jo Tomalin (in San Francisco) talks to playwright Matthew Roberts (in London) about what he has been doing since the end of the run of his successful 2019 Edinburgh Fringe solo play, TEACH, which he wrote and performed, directed by Helen Tennison.

While we can’t travel or meet in person – due to current lockdown and social distancing because of the pandemic – we spoke remotely about his work and new 3-person play PULLDOWN, which he was due to perform in and present at the now cancelled Colchester Fringe Festival this year.

Matthew also reads excerpts from his play Turkey Tinsel and shares how he is staying on track and connected during this strange and challenging time.
