Walking on a thightrope once again

Man is a rope, tied between beast and overman – a rope over an abyss. A dangerous across, a dangerous on-the-way, a dangerous looking-back, a dangerous shuddering and stopping.

Friedrich Nietzsche – Thus Spake Zarathustra

A short post… I haven’t written anything in two weeks and sooooo much has happened since them.

Among the many things I’ve suddenly become a film producer. This is really a long story and like I said I want to keep it short. Maybe I’ll write about it another time (not until October though). In one of my previous posts I wrote how I suddenly regained a creative drive.

This past week I had something else emerging from the depth of the abyss, which I think is even more important than creativity. I now have a crystal clear vision.

In my vision I had to kill a couple of the things of the past (which I did ruthlessly) and I now have to walk once again on a tightrope.

A small confession to all of you.

I literally went bankrupt twice in my life (no debts though… just run out of money).

The second time was really different though because I learnt something that I missed the first time (out of fear I guess).

I wasn’t lacking money… I was lacking a vision.

And I learnt something about money as well. Objectives are more important than money.

The clearer your vision is, the less money becomes important.

It’s all about the goal.

Of course nobody can guarantee you won’t fall while doing the crossing.

That’s the beauty of it.
