In this podcast, recorded on a train from Brighton to London, FringeReview’s editor Paul Levy reluctantly comes to the conclusion that a countdown to a fringe festival can be a useful, even necessary tool for staying on top of all the tasks that will ensure you hit the ground running when you do your show or event.

Paul offers some practical tips on how to create a usable and useful countdown that helps you stay on top of everything that needs to be done at the right time.
