Llangollen Fringe Festival is a unique fringe festival in the heart of North Wales. Paul Levy chatted to festival director Paul Keddie who was at Durham Fringe Festival, seeing work and on the road, looking at how other fringe festivals run. in 2026, the fringe runs from 4-13 September.
