Short Plays at the Fringe – Paul Levy talks to Nick Brice about Bite-Size Plays

Bite-size Plays regularly play to full houses at the Fringe with their ever-popular “menus” of short plays. This year they are back with the usual Big Bite-Size Breakfast Show, in the morning, offering “three funny, eccentric, thought-provoking menus of Bite-Size Plays with free coffee, croissant, strawberries!”. And, to celebrate their many years and a multitude of fine writing and short play performance, they have selected their favourites from a decade and invite us to “bring your sandwiches, grab a drink and a table, and join our special 10 year anniversary celebrations! Billy and the team perform our special Bite-Size Menu Four favourites – chosen by you!”, all under the name of Big Bite-Size Lunch Hour: Best Bites. Company founder Nick Brice reflects on the allure of the Fringe, how they consistently deliver and why he comes back year after year to play to packed houses.
