Paul Levy talks to Christel Bartelse about All KIDding Aside, a solo theatre piece brought to the Fringe after her success in 2015 at the Fringe with ONEymoon. How did this piece of theatre get made, and what was the process of research that underpinned it? “From four time Canadian Comedy Award nominee and creator of Fringe Hit ONEymoon…  Time is running out, a life altering decision teeters before you… and you’re on the fence! Through thoughtful and funny observations, while awaiting a pregnancy test, Bartelse shares her fears about becoming a mother, a possibility that comes as a surprise after years of thinking she was infertile. For anyone who is a parent, not a parent, or hasn’t decided yet. Beautifully staged and incorporating mask and movement. Sometimes the biggest fears can be the little ones.”
