On his performance-free day the comedian Adam Evans found time to sit with me in the Surgeons Hall gardens to tell me about his show The Crisp Review. With its roots in the covid lockdown, Adam gives an account of his relationship with crisps and how he managed to source a regular supply of this popular snack to give away to his audience.
