Ori Anané talks to Paul Levy about her show at the Circus Hub during Brighton Fringe 2025, Tardy Mrs G(rief.
“How do you sleep when closing your eyes keeps you awake?” After her mother’s death – at 22, Ori chose sleepless nights over facing grief, haunted by panic attacks, endless deadlines, and the face of her dead mother. Her solution? Create a show (that’s hopefully also funny).
Tardy Mrs G(rief) is a 40-minute solo performance by circus artist Ori Anané, scheduled at the Brighton Fringe 2025. The show combines circus, physical theatre, and storytelling to explore themes of grief and anxiety, drawing from Anané’s personal experience of losing her mother at age 22.
