Three to see

Saturday 15th August 7.30pm

Status is a show about someone who doesn’t want his any more. About running away from the national story you’re given. About who is responsible for that story and what might happen to it if you give it up.

WOKE – Apphia Campbell & Meredith Yarbrough

Wednesday 19th August 7.30pm

A multi award-winning theatre performance that follows two women’s fight for civil rights. One is notorious Black Panther Assata Shakur; the other, a present-day university student enrolling as the Ferguson riots begin.

MY ARM – Tim Crouch

Friday 28th August 7.30pm

Tim Crouch’s first play, MY ARM, is a teasingly profound, award-winning story about a boy who puts one arm above his head and never takes it down. It opened in Edinburgh in 2003 and has toured on and off ever since.
