Exploiting one’s inner characters: Kate Saffin talks to Kit Redstone about Passengers

Following the international success of Testosterone, exploring the culturally and socially different world a transperson has to learn to navigate, Kit talks about his new play, Passengers, described as:

‘A dark comedy about the epic battles and alliances within the psyche and the beautiful power of the mind to protect itself from pain. Max wants to tell you a story, he’s not sure why or even who he is; savage, peacekeeper or critic. But he’s hoping you’ll be able to help.’

Kit explores the origins of the idea, the development both as a writer working alone and then developing and refining the work with the director and other two actors.
